Mental Health Services

As widespread as Mental Health issues are, they are frequently misunderstood and mistreated, affecting both personal and professional responsibilities. Did you know that 17% of Wake County residents have reported being diagnosed with depression? Or that workers with depression lose an average of 5.6 productive hours per week? Mental Health is a very real issue in the Triangle, and we're blessed to have a staff equipped to treat a wide spectrum of various Mental Health issues.

  • Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT): An evidence-based treatment model developed to treat Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and related emotional problems in children ages 3-18
