Consumer Credit Counseling Services (CCCS) - This program provides debt management services to families and individuals, as well as financial literacy education seminars, focusing on such topics as home budgeting and financial management, first-time home buying, avoiding identity theft, reducing consumer debt, and avoiding predatory lending schemes.

Emergency Housing Assistance - This program prevents homelessness by providing emergency financial assistance and up to four months of intensive case management and budget counseling services to families with young children who are facing imminent risk of eviction from their homes.
