Mortgage Payment Program

This loan program, administered through our CCCS division and serving Wake, Johnston, Durham, Orange, and Chatham counties, may be able to help you save your home from foreclosure if you have experienced a job loss due to changing economic conditions, like a layoff, plant closing, or downsizing. The program is underwritten by the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency.

Come to an information session for an in-depth explanation of the program - all sessions are held on Thursday mornings from 10 am to 11:30 am.
