The Bankruptcy Pre-Discharge Education class is a 2 hour live instructional course that helps clients who have filed bankruptcy to prepare for a post-bankruptcy financial life. This includes helping clients to identify sources of financial hardship, change behavior, and to establish a strong financial framework. The instructional material is similar to that used in community workshops presented all over the Triangle, with emphasis on budget and savings, credit issues, and identity theft.
